Ingredients

  • flank steaks in 1/4-inch strips (venison flanks)
  • garlic salt
  • 3 or 4 drops ReaLemon
  • 1 small bottle soy sauce
  • 1 small bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • lemon pepper

Directions

    Mix lemon, soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.

    Soak meat in sauce mixture, 10 to 20 minutes, then season with lemon pepper and garlic salt.

    Do not oversalt.

    Bake 8 to 10 hours in warm oven (with door cracked), about 1 inch.
