- 3 to 4 lb. venison rump roast
- 2 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (16 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
Directions

1Rub roast with A.1., salt and pepper.

2Place meat in roasting pan.

3Mix mushroom and onion soup together and pour over roast; add 1 soup can of water to pan.

4Cover roast with foil, sealing sides of pan.

5Cook 3 to 4 hours at 350°.

6Serves 6 to 8. Preparation Time:
