Venison Roast

  • 3 to 4 lb. venison rump roast
  • 2 Tbsp. A.1. steak sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope dry onion soup mix

Directions

    Rub roast with A.1., salt and pepper.

    Place meat in roasting pan.

    Mix mushroom and onion soup together and pour over roast; add 1 soup can of water to pan.

    Cover roast with foil, sealing sides of pan.

    Cook 3 to 4 hours at 350°.
