  • 2 lb. deer meat, cut in cubes
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3 stalks celery, cut up
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 3 potatoes, chopped
