- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 c. peeled, sliced apples
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425°.

2Beat eggs with fork.

3Add flour and milk.

4Beat again with fork, leaving batter slightly lumpy.

5In a heavy skillet, melt margarine until bubbly.

6Pour batter into sizzling margarine.

7Put in oven.

8Bake at 425° for 15 to 20 minutes.

9Mix apples, sugar and cinnamon.

10Cook slowly in saucepan until tender.

11Slide baked pancake onto serving plate.

12Place apples on half and fold top over apples.
