Very Easy Lasagna

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 (32 oz.) Ragu sauce (3 1/2 c.)
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 3 c. Mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. lasagna (uncooked)
Directions

1Brown beef; drain fat.

2Add sauce and water.

3Simmer 10 minutes.

4In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients, except uncooked lasagna.

5Pour 1 cup sauce on bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan, layer 3 pieces uncooked lasagna over sauce, cover with 1 1/2 cup sauce, and spread 1/2 of the cheese mixture over sauce. Repeat layers of lasagna, sauce and cheese filling.

6Top with layer of lasagna and remaining sauce.

7Cover with aluminum foil tightly.

8Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes, remove foil and bake about 10 minutes longer.

9Allow to stand 10 minutes before cutting for easier handling.
