- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/4 to 1/2 lb. any raw meat, cut into thin strips
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 large onion, chopped coarsely
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 1 c. frozen peas
Directions

1Heat in large skillet the cooking oil.

2Add meat, garlic, onion, salt, sugar, pepper and soy sauce.

3Stir-fry until meat is tender and hot, about 1 to 2 minutes.

4Add rice and stir-fry for 5 minutes.

5Add frozen peas.
