- 2 egg yolks
- 1 12 cups water
- 12 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 14 cups sugar
- 13 cup flour
- 12 teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 baked pie shell, cooled
Directions

1In saucepan, combine beaten egg yolks with water, vinegar and melted butter.

2Mix sugar and flour together and stir into egg mixture, mixing until lumps are gone.

3Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until the mixture comes to a boil and cooks thick.

4Add lemon extract and stir.

5Let cool, then pour into baked cooled pie shell.
