  • 4 c. chopped Granny Smith apple
  • 4 c. chopped or shredded skinless, boneless white breast meat from a rotisserie chicken
  • 1 c. halved seedless grapes
  • 3/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. walnuts
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 8 c. mixed greens
