- 1 (16 ounce) package linguine or 1 (16 ounce) package thin spaghetti
- 2 -4 garlic cloves, minced
- 14 cup olive oil or 14 cup vegetable oil
- 12 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
- 12 lb fully cooked ham slices, cut into 1/2 inch strips
- 13 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 14 cup minced fresh parsley
Directions

1Cook pasta according to package directions.

2Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute garlic in oil for 1 minute.

3Add walnuts, saute for 2 minutes.

4Stir in ham; cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.

5Drain pasta; toss with ham mixture.

6Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
