  • 2 pieces shiitake, soaked and chopped fine
  • 1 pkg. chirimen iriko
  • 1/4 kamaboko, chopped
  • 1/2 to 3/4 lb. warabi, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
  • salt
  • 2 tsp. oil
