  • 1 loaf sourdough bread
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 2/3 c. red peppers, chopped
  • 1/3 c. celery, chopped
  • 1/3 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
  • 10 oz. chopped spinach
  • 1/4 tsp. rosemary

Directions

    Saute vegetables with butter on low heat.

    Add spinach and cheese.

    Cook until tender, stirring frequently.

    Spread butter inside of bread.

    Warm bread in oven for 20 minutes at 350°.

    Pour mixture into hollowed bread loaf and serve warm.

    May be served with cubed bread chunks or crackers.
