- 1 loaf sourdough bread
- 1/3 c. butter
- 2/3 c. red peppers, chopped
- 1/3 c. celery, chopped
- 1/3 c. onion, chopped
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
- 10 oz. chopped spinach
- 1/4 tsp. rosemary
Directions

1Saute vegetables with butter on low heat.

2Add spinach and cheese.

3Cook until tender, stirring frequently.

4Spread butter inside of bread.

5Warm bread in oven for 20 minutes at 350°.

6Pour mixture into hollowed bread loaf and serve warm.

7May be served with cubed bread chunks or crackers.
