  • 2 cans whole water chestnuts
  • bacon, cut in thirds
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions

    Wrap water chestnuts with bacon.

    Secure with toothpicks. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes on cookie sheet.

    Drain.

    Broil 2 minutes.

    Mix together sugar, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce. Put chestnuts in casserole and pour mixture over.

    Bake at 350° for 10 more minutes.

    Serve warm.
