  • 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
  • 1 packages chili seasoning mix
  • 1 can (about 15 ounces) red kidney beans rinsed and drained
  • 1 can (about 14 ounces) diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 Sliced Green onions (optional)

Directions

    Brown beef 6-8 mintues in large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to break up meat.

    Drain fat.

    Stir in seasoning mix

    Place beef mixture, beans, tomatoes, and tomato sauce in CROCK-POT.

    Cover; cook on low 4-6 hours.

    Top each serving with cheese and green onions
