Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, grated
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1 c. shredded cheese
  • 1 c. ripe olives (pitted)
  • 1 c. shrimp
  • 1 c. crab meat
  • salt and pepper
  • parsley sprigs

Directions

    Saute onion in butter.

    Blend in flour, mustard, Worcestershire, paprika and milk.

    Cook, stirring until thick and smooth.

    Stir in cheese until melted.

    Remove from heat; add 1/2 cup olives (sliced and drained), shrimp and crab.

    Bake in buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole for 25 minutes at 350° or until bubbly. Garnish top with remaining olives and parsley.

    Serves 5 to 6. Good with buttered rice.
