Whipped Cream Potatoes

  • 6 or 7 medium sized potatoes
  • 2 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dots of butter
  • paprika
  • 1/2 pt. unwhipped whipping cream

Directions

    Cook potatoes with jackets on.

    Cool.

    Grate on large side of grater.

    Put in casserole by layers, salt and butter.

    Put on top paprika.

    Pour unwhipped whipping cream on top.

    Cover.

    Let stand 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
