- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg
Directions

1Mix and sift all dry ingredients together; pour in buttermilk and stir thoroughly; then add egg. Beat well. Pour into hot greased pan and bake in a hot over, 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
