- 10 -11 ounces water
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup wheat bran
- 1 1/2 tablespoons dry milk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Directions

1Put all ingredients into a 1 1/2 pound breadmaker.

2Prepare according to instructions.

3Or, for a more normal loaf, use the dough setting.

4Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

5Roll out dough, then roll into a loaf, tuck the ends under, and drop into a well-greased bread pan.

6Let rise until it doubles in size.

7(Putting it somewhere warm will make it go faster!).

8Bake for 30-40 minutes or till crust is golden brown.
