1Thaw turkey completely and wash thoroughly.

2Freely season turkey skin and cavity with salt, red pepper and Season-All, rubbing seasoning in well.

3Place cooking oil in a 20 to 26-quart pot or jambalaya pot, bringing oil to temperature hot enough to light match.

4Place turkey in oil; reduce heat to slow boil.

5Cook 45 minutes, turning every 8 to 10 minutes.

6Make sure oil stays at a slow boil.

7When golden brown, remove and cool.
