Ingredients

  • 9 12-10 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1500 mg. vitamin C tablets
  • 4 cups warm water (105'-115')
  • 12 cup powdered milk
  • 12 cup oil
  • 12 cup honey, the really good kind
  • 3 cups of the flour
  • 3 tablespoons yeast
  • 12 cup gluten flour
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • rest of the flour

Directions

    Mix for 10-12 minutes in heavy duty mixer, or turn out onto oiled counter and knead for 15 minutes.

    Preheat oven to 150' (warm setting).

    When it is preheated, turn it off.

    Put dough onto oiled counter, separate into 4 equal parts.

    Roll dough into loaves, as if your rolling up a sleeping bag, and put into greased bread pans, seam side down.

    Put pans in oven (make sure it's warm, but turned off).

    Let rise for 30-40 minutes, then turn oven to 350', and bake for 20-25 minutes.
