Ingredients

  • 4 c. warm water
  • 1 c. honey or sugar
  • 1 c. oil (vegetable oil)
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 4 packets or 4 Tbsp. yeast
  • 4 c. whole wheat flour
  • 10 c. all-purpose flour

Directions

    Add water, honey, oil and salt; stir until dissolved.

    Sprinkle yeast on top, let sit 15 minutes or until yeast starts to bubble. Add flour; add additional flour as needed.

    Knead for 10 minutes. Let rise 1 hour, make into loaves or buns.

    Rise 1 hour and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Makes 4 loaves of bread, rolls, etc.
