  • 12 cup butter
  • 34 cup wild rice, washed well
  • 14 brown rice
  • 14 cup white rice
  • 12 cup slivered almonds
  • 12 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons grated onions
  • 3 cups low sodium chicken broth

Directions

    Combine first 7 ingredients in a skillet and brown.

    Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.

    Add broth.

    Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
