- 34 cup wild rice, washed well
- 14 brown rice
- 14 cup white rice
- 12 cup slivered almonds
- 12 lb fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 tablespoons grated onions
- 3 cups low sodium chicken broth
Directions

1Combine first 7 ingredients in a skillet and brown.

2Place in a 2-quart casserole dish.

3Add broth.

4Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
