Wild Rice Casserole

  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 tsp. curry powder
  • 2 to 3 c. cooked chicken
  • 1/3 c. dry white wine
  • 1 small can mushrooms

Directions

    Prepare rice according to package.

    Saute onion and celery in butter.

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Place in casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
