- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. curry powder
- 2 to 3 c. cooked chicken
- 1/3 c. dry white wine
- 1 small can mushrooms
Directions

1Prepare rice according to package.

2Saute onion and celery in butter.

3Mix all ingredients together.

4Place in casserole dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
