- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. wild rice
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mushrooms with juice
- 3 oz. soy sauce
- 1 small can water chestnuts
- 3 c. water
Directions

1Brown onions, pepper and ground beef.

2Do not season.

3Add soup, mushrooms and juice, soy sauce, water chestnuts and water. Wash wild rice and drain.

4Mix with other ingredients.

5Place in casserole.

6A few cashews may be sprinkled on top.

7Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
