Ingredients

  • 1 c. uncooked Wild Blend Rice, cooked according to package directions
  • 1 c. cooked, boneless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and diced
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1/3 c. cooked green peas
  • 4 T. rice vinegar
  • 1 T. sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 t. dried tarragon
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/2 t. black pepper

Directions

    Combine cooked, cooled rice with all ingredients. Toss lightly.
