- 6 eggs
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves
- 2 qt. orange juice
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 28 oz. bottle ginger ale
- ground nutmeg
Directions

1Dip ice cream with a small scoop and freeze in a jelly roll pan.

2Beat eggs until frothy in a 3-quart bowl.

3Beat in sugar, ginger, cinnamon and cloves until blended.

4Stir in orange and lemon juices.

5Cover and chill if using later.
