  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cans french green beans
  • 1 can sliced mushrooms
  • 1-1/2 c white port wine

Directions

    Cut chicken into bite size pieces.

    Put in large skillet with butter.

    Saute until chicken is no longer pink.

    Drain green beans and mushrooms.

    Add to chicken in skillet.

    Add port wine.

    Cover and simmer 20 minutes.

    Serve with rice.
