- 3 lb. pot roast
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery mustard
Directions

1Brown meat over low heat in a small amount of hot oil. Sprinkle with salt.

2Combine vinegar, oil, catsup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic and mustard.

3Pour over meat, put the lid on and cook for 2 hours.

4When done, spoon sauce over meat.
