- 1 cup softened butter
- 8 oz. Pasteurized Process Cheese, cubed
- 1 1/2 lbs. powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup non-fat dry milk
- 2 tsps. vanilla
- 2 cups coarsely chopped nuts
Directions

1In a large sauce pan over medium heat, melt butter and cheese, stirring frequently.

2Remove from heat.

3Sift together sugar and cocoa; add to cheese, mixing well.

4Stir in non-fat dry milk, vanilla, and nuts.

5Turn into a 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan.

6Chill till firm.
