- 1 12 cups boiling water
- 1 (1 g) packet Splenda sugar substitute
Directions

1Place grated ginger into a 2-cup glass measuring cup.

2Fill to the 1-1/2 cup line with boiling water.

3Set timer for 10 minutes.

4When timer goes off, strain into a large mug and stir in sugar (you may need more or less, depending on how sweet you want your tea).

5Taste; if it's too strong (too gingery) for you, add a little more boiling water to your mug.
