  • 1/3 c. butter, melted
  • 1 1/3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 1/8 c. sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 c. peanut butter chips
  • 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 c. heavy cream

Directions

    Combine melted butter, cookie crumbs and sugar.

    Press firmly into bottom of a 9-inch spring-form pan.

    Chill while preparing filling.

    Beat cream cheese and lemon juice in large mixer bowl until fluffy.
