Yogurt Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. diet margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. honey (optional)
  • 1 c. nonfat plain yogurt

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Roll out on floured board to about 3/4 to 1-inch thickness.

    Cut out biscuits and place on ungreased pan and bake at 425° until browned to desired texture. These are low-fat and taste wonderful!
