- 1 c. fine, dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- dash of pepper
- 1 (8 oz.) carton plain yogurt
- 8 chicken breast halves, skinned
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. sesame seed
Directions

1Combine first 8 ingredients in a shallow dish; set aside. Brush yogurt on all sides of chicken breast halves; coat with bread crumbs mixture.

2Place in a lightly greased 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan.

3Drizzle with butter and sprinkle with sesame seed.

4Bake uncovered at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or until done.
