Ingredients

  • 3 lbs large or jumbo raw shrimp in the shell
  • 3 sticks of butter melted
  • 2 lemons thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons of Frank's hot sauce
  • 1 packages Italian dressing mix

Directions

    Heat oven to 375

    Mix butter, garlic, lemon juice, hot sauce and Italian dressing mix

    Put half of the shrimp in a 13x9 baking dish and cover with half of the lemon slices.

    Repeat with remaining shrimp and lemons.

    Pour melted butter mix evenly over shrimp and lemon slices.

    Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring half way thru bake time.

    Serve with a garden salad and crusty french bread to soak up all the yummy juices!
