- 1 c. Bisquick
- 1 c. liquid egg substitute
- 1/3 c. buttermilk
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 3 c. grated unpeeled zucchini
- 1 medium grated onion
- 1/2 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp. pepper and oregano
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine Bisquick, egg substitute, buttermilk and oil.

3Mix well.

4Stir in all remaining ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray.

5Bake 25 minutes.
