- 3 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. low-fat margarine
- paprika (for top)
Directions

1Slice zucchini until just tender-crisp; drain and mix with margarine.

2In separate bowl, mix bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese; save 1/4 cup for topping.

3Mix together with zucchini. Layer with Mozzarella cheese.

4Top with cheese and bread crumbs. Sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
