Zucchini Dressing Bake

Ingredients

  • 3 c. sliced zucchini
  • 1/4 c. grated onion
  • 1 c. grated carrot
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 1 can cream soup (mushroom, celery or chicken)
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing (crumbs)

Directions

    Boil zucchini for 5 minutes and drain.

    Mix sour cream, soup, carrots and onion.

    Fold in zucchini.

    Melt butter and add to dressing crumbs.

    Put 1/2 layer of dressing in bottom of pan.

    Add soup mix.

    Top with other half of dressing.

    Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
