  • 6 c. raw zucchini, peeled and ground
  • 6 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) orange Jell-O

Directions

    Drain ground zucchini.

    Boil pulp till clear (about 6 minutes).

    Add sugar, lemon juice and pineapple with its juice. Boil 6 minutes.

    Remove from heat and add orange Jell-o.

    Stir well till dissolved.

    Pour into containers and seal.
