Zucchini Squash Soup

  • 2 or 3 onions
  • 2 peppers
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2 or 3 zucchini squash
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 qt. water

Directions

    Cut vegetables up small and boil until soft with the bouillon cubes.

    Drain vegetables and save the liquid.

    Put vegetables in blender (with enough liquid).
  4. 4
    Return vegetables to liquid.

    Stir and add as much milk as you'd like.

    Add 1/2 teaspoon salt.

    Heat and serve.
