  • 1 large onion, sliced thin
  • 1/3 c. celery, chopped fine
  • 2 cans sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 large can small English peas, drained
  • 1 pt. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb. cooked, crumbled bacon

Directions
