- 3/4 c. matzo meal
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. peanut oil
- poached apples
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1In a bowl, combine eggs, shredded vegetables, parsley, salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper.
