  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 c. Cool Whip (from 1 large container)
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 can coconut
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

Directions

    Mix and pour this over crust.

    Mix 2 small packages instant vanilla pie filling; prepare as directed.

    Let set up and pour over cream cheese mixture.

    Top with remaining Cool Whip, coconut and 1/2 cup chopped pecans.

    Refrigerate.

    (You may use chocolate or lemon pudding.)
