Ahi With Thai Dipping Sauce Recipe

- 4 x , 6 oz Ahi, steaks
- 1 Tbsp. Peppercorns, white, cracked
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame seeds
- 1 tsp Kosher (coarse) salt
- 1/3 c. Lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. Soy sauce, dark
- 1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Jalapeno peppers, diced
Directions

1For the rub......in a small saucepan combine the peppercorns, salt and sesame seeds.

2Roast this mix till the seeds are lightly toasted, about 5 min.

3For the sauce....whisk together all other ingredients.

4Lightly oil both sides of the Ahi and sprinkle on the rub.

5Press lightly into flesh.

6Grill over high, direct heat.

7Sear each side about 1-2 min.

8Serve with individual portions of the sauce.
