  • 1 c. All-Bran cereal
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 2 pkg. yeast, dissolved in 1 c. warm water (barely warm)
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 6 c. flour (about 5 1/2 to 5 3/4 c., enough to make thick dough)

Directions

    In a large mixing bowl, combine first 4 ingredients, then add remaining ingredients.

    Cover and let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Pour out on floured board; knead slightly.

    Make into rolls and place in greased pans.

    Cover and let rise 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

    Bake at 425° for 12 to 15 minutes.
