  • 1 1/2 c. crushed macaroon cookies (Burry's okay)
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 c. heavy cream
  • 1 c. Marshmallow Creme
  • 1/4 c. Amaretto liqueur (or 2 tsp. almond flavoring)

Directions

    Mix crushed cookies and melted butter.

    Press into an 8-inch pie pan.

    Chill well or bake at 300° for 12 minutes (watch carefully).

    Cool.
