  • 8 pieces skinless, boneless chicken breast and thighs
  • 2 c. grated Swiss cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1/2 can dry white wine
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm seasoned crumbs
  • 1/4 c. melted butter

Directions

    In 2-quart casserole, layer chicken pieces and Swiss cheese. Mix soup, wine and water.

    Pour over chicken in casserole. Sprinkle with crumbs and drizzle with butter.

    Bake, covered, for 1 hour, uncovered for 1/2 hour.

    Serve with corkscrew noodles.
