- 8 ounces puff pastry, thawed
- 1 tablespoon apricot jam, warmed
- 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 10 slices bacon
Directions

1Roll out pastry to a 10 inch square.

2Place pastry on baking sheet and brush top with apricot jam.

3Layer apple slices to cover entire surface.

4Sprinkle apples with sugar.

5Bake until apples are caramelized and pastry is golden brown, about 35 minutes.

6Remove at let cool while bacon is cooking.

7Place bacon slices on another baking sheet and bake until bottom is golden brown, about 8 minutes.

8Flip and continue to cook until bacon is crisp.
