  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 tsp. vanilla flavor

    Combine oil, sugar and eggs which have been beaten.

    Sift and measure flour; add dry ingredients to flour and sift again. Combine flour, nuts and apples to oil mixture.

    Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
