- 1 (5 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 2 1/2 medium size cooking apples, peeled, cored and quartered
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Roll each biscuit into a 5 1/2-inch circle on lightly floured surface.

2Cut each circle in half.

3Place 1 apple quarter on each piece of dough.

4Moisten edges of dough with water.

5Bring ends to center, pinching to seal.

6Place dumplings in an 8-inch baking dish.

7Repeat process with remaining dough and apples.
