  • 1 pinch salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 granny smith apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 2 large shallots, peeled and sliced
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

    Add chicken, apple and shallots to skillet; cook and stir for about 10 minute or until chicken is cooked through and apple is tender.
