  • 3 c. flour
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 c. Wesson oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can applesauce
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Mix together in a large mixing bowl the flour, sugar, salt, soda and cinnamon, then add the oil, eggs, applesauce and vanilla. Beat 5 minutes at medium speed.

    Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 325° for 1 hour.

    Has better flavor if cooked a day or two before eating.

    Very moist; keeps well.

    Freezes well. Good plain or frosted.
